At the General Member Meeting held on July 28, 2025, the Board and Building Committee presented the most recent renderings depicting proposed exterior elevations of the Club, as well as an updated site plan for the location of the main club house. It was explained that, although not yet depicted on the site plan, it is anticipated that the new pool will be located generally northeast of the Sailing Center Building (between the Sailing Center Building and Bunkers Cove Rd). By a unanimous vote of confidence, the membership voted to encourage the Board to proceed with the plans for the new club as presented and discussed at the meeting. The renderings are shown below. This page will be updated in the near future as a more complete proposed site plan becomes available. Members are encouraged to provide feedback to the Building Committee.

A draft site plan was presented to the membership at the General Member Meeting held on December 9, 2024. Members were encouraged to provide feedback and comment to the Building Committee and to members of the BOG. At the regular BOG meeting scheduled for December 16, 2024, it is anticipated that the BOG will consider member feedback received to date, will review recommendations from the Building Committee, and may consider formal action to authorize the next steps for obtaining a development order that would incorporate the concepts presented by this site plan.

At the General Member Meeting on December 9, 2024, the following renderings were shown to give the members an idea of possible exterior elevations that are currently being considered. These renderings are preliminary only and reflect only the then current thoughts on the main clubhouse building itself, and are not necessarily reflective of exterior hardscape, landscaping or exterior patios or porches. Members are encouraged to provide feedback to the Building Committee.

These draft floor plans are preliminary as of September 16, 2024. The furnishings depicted are for illustration purposes only, to give a perspective of the proposed spaces. Placement and selection of furnishings will be determined later as part of an overall design plan. St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club members are invited to share comments and suggestions with our Building Committee.
