The Building Committee held a meeting on January 16, 2024:  Vice Commodore Neubauer announced that approximately $2.9 million in insurance proceeds were undisputed and payment was being requested.  The insurance company’s structural engineer planned a site visit February 14 to evaluate the possible future use of the building’s block walls.  The Site Program and Building Program were consolidated into the Program for Site Plan & Club Building.  The committee discussed architects and contractors to be considered and interviewed. Avenues to collect member input on the program were discussed.
