Tackling the Club’s Insurance Claim

Commodore Michael Wynn and the Board of Governors have asked Tiffany Ennis, StABYC Treasurer, to be the point person concerning the Club’s property insurance claim following the fire which destroyed the main clubhouse. The clubhouse building was insured for $3,500,000 and business personal property was insured for $250,000. The policy includes coverage for business income losses of up to $700,000, and other miscellaneous coverage amounts (up to $25,000 for debris removal, and up to $10,000 for upgrades mandated by laws and ordinances).
